Our Program

zen momma offers a specialized program that makes yoga and mindfulness accessible for all ages. Together we create a healing (and joyful!) space where participants are invited to be themselves and let their light shine! Gems of FunZen wisdom that encourage strength of character and concepts like gratitude and self-love are woven into each class. Mindfulness practices help children (and adults!) to live with more clarity, peace and joy. Yoga poses and breathing techniques build confidence and self-awareness, and increase coordination, strength, flexibility, and focus.

momma & me / family yoga

Let’s play and connect!

This class is a wonderful opportunity to move your body, connect with other mommas, and engage with your children in a playful and mindful way. Sessions include poses just for parents, partner poses for you and your child, and child-specific poses that support digestion, brain development, and body awareness. Curriculum is thoughtfully tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. All levels are welcome!

ages 1.5 – 7

In this creative and interactive class, children are introduced to the foundations of yoga and mindfulness in a fun, age-appropriate way. We practice breathing and relaxation techniques, along with playful poses and games that strengthen body awareness and early yoga knowledge.

Your child’s imagination will thrive as we take weekly adventures—perhaps to the yoga rainforest one week and the yoga farm the next! Built into each journey are life lessons and gems of wisdom that encourage self-love, confidence, and kindness. Every class is unique, keeping your child continuously engaged and excited to return.

ages 8 – 12

This class invites children to dive deeper into yoga and mindfulness. While still playful, the practice emphasizes discipline as students explore holding poses, focusing on the breath, and linking movement with mindfulness.

We discuss the mind-body connection, teaching how posture can shift how we feel and move through the world. Practices include gratitude, self-love, and cultivating inner peace, while games and activities reinforce these concepts in a fun, memorable way.

teen classes

Yoga and mindfulness for teens provides an anchor during a time full of transitions. In theses classes we activate the quote, “know yourself, love yourself, be yourself.” Students are invited to dive inward and connect to themselves. Class is a safe space where students have the opportunity to build a community where they can share and support one another. Through posture and breath we build physical and mental strength and have fun too! Everyone leaves feeling grounded and lighter and brighter!

pre + post natal classes

Pre + post natal classes are an amazing way to support your body as you move into and through the journey of motherhood. Physical postures and breath work prepare you for birth and support your healing postpartum. Class is a supportive space where you have the opportunity to connect with other mommas and share heart to heart your experiences, concerns, questions and joys!
