Strong as a mama! Drop off the kids and come move your body! We’ll “focus, flow, and have fun” in this energizing 60-minute vinyasa class. Expect longer holds to build strength and focus, plus stretchy sequences to invite ease. You’ll leave refreshed, centered, and strong. All levels welcome. Location: Clover Park, Santa Monica
