Join fellow tween and teen moms, Jen, Melissa, and Natasha for a thoughtfully curated three-part series created especially for moms and daughters.
The Girls Club is an invitation to slow down, deepen connection, and nurture meaningful moments together. We are honored to facilitate dialogue that supports the rite of passage from girlhood to young womanhood.
Through shared experiences of play, mindfulness, conversation, and exploration, we will create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for mothers and daughters to connect, laugh, listen, learn, and grow in community.
Series Highlights
Tea Ceremony + Mindfulness + Social
Take a break from fast-paced daily life and enjoy a calming Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Natasha Radwan of The Rose Den & Tea. Learn meditation practices and prompts that can help release stress and anxiety, foster self-awareness, and teach us how to slow down and be present. Afterward, we will reflect, connect, and spend time socializing and getting to know one another.
Makeup + Beauty + Mother/Daughter Portraits
This session is all about learning to apply makeup in an age-appropriate way that honors your own unique beauty. A professional makeup artist will guide us through the process of applying makeup in a natural and effortless way. We will explore current beauty trends and learn simple techniques that can be recreated at home. A photographer will also be on hand to capture beautiful mother/daughter portraits and celebrate this special moment in time.
Social Coaching + Navigating the Digital World
The class we all need! A social coach will guide moms and daughters through an important conversation about technology, social media, and developing a healthy relationship with the digital world.
We will explore how to use technology in a safe and thoughtful way, establish healthy boundaries around phones and social media, protect privacy, recognize online red flags, and understand when something doesn't feel right—plus much more!

$360 per mother/daughter pair for the complete 3-part series.

Once payment is received, your registration for the series will be confirmed.
